Dick Van Dyke isn’t slowing down!
On Saturday (August 29), the Emmy-winning actor, who turned 100 last December, took to Instagram to share a video from his epic workout routine.
In the video, Dick is wearing a white T-shirt, gray sweatpants, and slippers as he lays horizontally on an inversion table outside. The Mary Poppins star holds onto the handles before putting his hands behind his head for a more difficult balance.
“1/2 workout inversion table,” Dick captioned the video. “#keepmoving”
After sharing the workout video, Dick‘s comments section was flood with messages from fans sharing how impressed they are by actor’s agility at his age.
“Ok, it’s official: the rest of us have absolutely no excuse to not be exercising!!” one fan wrote as another commented, “Dvd is the MAN! Absolutely love it, keep moving and dont ever stop getting better”
“I love this, let’s all work out with DVD!” another fan wrote. “We need you in this world and it makes me happy to see you!”
Shortly before his 100th birthday last year, Dick opened up about his long life and shared why he thinks he’s “still here.”
