Four celebrity contestants have been confirmed so far. They are Summer House reality star Ciara Miller, Love Island UK and The Traitors alum Maura Higgins, Jimmy Kimmel Live! personality Guillermo Rodriguez, and Savannah Bananas player Jackson Olson.
The first celebrity-professional dancer partnership has also been announced. Rodriguez will compete alongside professional dancer Witney Carson, a former Dancing With the Stars champion and one of the show’s returning ballroomprofessionals.
Carson won the Mirrorball Trophy during Season 19 with actor Alfonso Ribeiro, who now co-hosts the programme alongside Julianne Hough. The remaining celebrity-and-professional-dancer pairings are expected to be confirmed as part of the 2 September announcement.
The judging panel will remain unchanged. Carrie Ann Inaba, Bruno Tonioli and Derek Hough, who have served as the show’s judges since the 2023 season, are set to return. Ribeiro and Hough will also continue as co-hosts.
