Dan Reynolds Steps Out With Chantel Jeffries Days After Minka Kelly Breakup

If Dan Reynolds is the lightning, then Miley Cyrus is the thunder.

So, it makes sense that the Imagine Dragons frontman didn’t want to miss the Disney Channel alum’s latest residency at the Hollywood Bowl Oct. 18.

And while the performances mark Cyrus’ first return to the stage since her Attention tour in 2022, Reynolds also turned heads by stepping out alongside Chantel Jeffries, just days after his apparent breakup from Minka Kelly.

Reynolds, 39, and Jeffries, 34, arrived at the concert together, according to videos shared on social media, and later sat side-by-side inside the venue.

The “Radioactive” singer kept it casual, sporting a brown leather jacket, a white T-shirt and jeans, while Jeffries—who was previously linked to Justin Bieber in the mid-2010s—opted for a beige quarter-zip sweater and jeans. The pair appeared friendly, chatting and intently taking in the concert.

E! News reached out to reps for Jeffries and Reynolds but has not yet heard back.

Minka Kelly and Imagine Dragons’ Dan Reynolds Break Up After 4 Years of Dating

Reynolds—dad to four daughters with ex Aja Volkman—and Jeffries’ low-key outing comes just days after multiple outlets reported the “Thunder” singer and Friday Night Lights alum had ended their relationship after four years together. E! News previously reached out to reps for the former couple regarding their split, but did not hear back.

For Kelly’s part, she also appears to be embracing a new chapter. The 46-year-old shared a photo dump to Instagram Oct. 18, proving she’s using the autumn season to start anew.

Alongside photos of Kelly taking part in some home renovations as well as indulging in some fall activities like watching horror movies, the Champagne Problems actress also included a cryptic quote about soulmates in her latest dump.

“Soulmates or partners of destiny can be people that come into your life and change your life,” the quote read. “And ideally, it’s not about holding onto it, but understanding what they brought into your life—what did you learn and how did you change? It’s about seeing these people and situations as a gift, as steps in your own personal development.”

Prior to their breakup, Reynolds and Kelly had appeared to be going strong, even making their red carpet debut earlier this year at the 2026 MOCA Gala in June.

And for Reynolds’ birthday in July, Kelly had emphasized their bond in a sweet birthday post.

“Thank you for making ordinary days feel extraordinary,” she wrote at the time, “for making me laugh until I can’t breathe, and for loving so deeply and so freely.”
