What happened at the Uttarakhand event?
The controversy began on October 18 during the Kunjapuri Devi Mela in Tehri Garhwal, Uttarakhand.
Mehndi was performing when Uniyal walked onto the stage and interrupted him, claiming that the singer was under the influence of alcohol. The incident was captured on video, which soon circulated widely on social media.
