Daisy Edgar-Jones has been ‘playing so many video games’, but why?

Daisy Edgar-Jones has been “playing so many video games” in preparation for Tomorrow, and Tomorrow, and Tomorrow.

The 28-year-old actress is starring in the film adaptation of Tomorrow, and Tomorrow, and Tomorrow, the best-selling novel that explores the video game industry throughout the 1990s and 2000s, and Daisy has revealed how she’s preparing for her role in the movie.

Speaking to Entertainment Weekly, Daisy explained: “I’m playing so many video games.

“I’m finding that so fun and expansive and creative. I’m learning so much about gaming of that time and gaming of today.”

Daisy is thrilled to be involved with the film adaptation.

She said: “This story and what it explores, that joy and torture of creative collaboration and love in its forms -be it platonic or romantic or familial – it’s just so expansive as a world.”

Daisy stars in the project alongside Sky Yang and Sean Kaufman, and she’s relished the experience of working with her co-stars.

The actress explained: “I am so thrilled with the casting of Sam and Marx.

“I had chemistry reads with the two boys, and it was an amazing feeling to be in the room and suddenly feel the characters of Sadie, Sam, and Marx come together with Sky and Sean. I think they’re incredible.”

Daisy is one of the most sought-after actresses in Hollywood – but she previously admitted to suffering self-doubts.

The film star told Harper’s Bazaar magazine: “There were definitely many points where I wasn’t sure if I would be able to make a career out of acting.

“There were definitely lots of months when I’d left college, when all my friends went off to uni and I was stuck at home – not getting any work, not getting any auditions. I didn’t know if it was really something I’d be able to make a career from.”

Daisy’s philosophical attitude has helped her to navigate the pitfalls of the film business.

She said: “There’s one saying that’s definitely helped me in my professional life, which is to take it seriously, but wear it lightly.

“And I think that’s really good, because it’s important to take things seriously and work really hard, and be passionate about things, but stuff doesn’t always work out and you do get rejection, and your dreams change and morph as you go along, so if you wear it lightly it means that with every new thing you can handle it, and it doesn’t completely destroy you if things don’t work out exactly the way you thought they would.”
