The lyrics of “Tumi Ele”, the winning song, were composed by Moktadir Dewan, Mahi Bin Ashraful, Khandaker Shams, and Sidratul Mursalin Bhasha.

These accounted for 40 percent, 40 percent, and 20 percent of the final result, respectively. The jury comprised Bappa Mazumder, Fahmida Nabi, Hamin Ahmed, Akhi Alamgir, and Shawkat Ali Emon.

Ten acts performed original songs in the finale: Krishan Barman with “Kachuri Ful”; SUBCONSCIOUS with “Janalachobi”; Pulak Adhikary with “Anari Majhi”; Lubaina Afnan with “Dishehara”; Benazir Zilani with “Ghum Chokhe Raat”; Nami Imran Sharot with “Anushilon”; Nusrat Jahan Kriti with “Desi Star”; Vintage Theory with “BOOMERANG!”; Beatmosphere with “Tumi Ele”; and The Kushiyara Waves with “Lover’s Prayer”.
