During the BLEACH Mirrors High SPECIAL BROADCAST held yesterday, Oct. 27, Bandai Namco Entertainment Inc. revealed 10 new squad members designed by series creator Tite Kubo, debuted the full opening animation produced by PIERROT FILMS, premiered the opening theme “CRITICAL” by suisoh, and confirmed [Standing at the Top] Sosuke Aizen as the first limited summon character. Launch celebrations are also live: all players receive ★3 [Substitute Soul Reaper] Ichigo Kurosaki, ★3 [Squad 13 Lieutenant] Rukia Kuchiki and enough Mirror Stones for 30 pulls.

The opening song of BLEACH Mirror’s High, “CRITICAL,” was written and composed by suisoh, who also composed the ending theme for the TV anime “BLEACH: The Thousand-Year Blood War.” The arrangement is handled by suisoh together with Takahiro Yamada of ASIAN KUNG-FU GENERATION, who composed the opening theme for the TV anime “BLEACH: Arrancar Arc.”

“I am honored to have had the opportunity to work on this song together with Takahiro Yamada from ASIAN KUNG-FU GENERATION.

When working on a collab, I place the utmost importance on synergy, so I took a different approach to this project compared to when I worked on “MONOCHROME”. This track is a fusion between band sounds and samples of electronic music. For the recording, Yamada and Kiyoshi Ijichi from the ASIAN KUNG-FU GENERATION team were in charge of bass and drums respectively, while Yuto Shimizu from the suisoh team was on guitar. With the support of these incredibly talented musicians, we were able to complete a track that manages to be both dynamic and ethereal all at once.

I believe this song serves to encourage the new protagonists, Shirin and Shirane, along with everyone else as they embark on their journey. I would be thrilled if you listened to it over and over again.”

10 New Squad Members Created by Tite Kubo Have Been Revealed
In addition to the previously revealed protagonists Shirin Migishima and Shirane Sanari, and the new recruits Naru Jurinna, Giro Hando, and Maiko Tokishima, 10 new squad members make their debut in BLEACH Mirrors High. The official website and official X account are currently featuring character concept art drawn exclusively by series creator Tite Kubo, as well as comments from the cast.
