It’s been a big spooky season for Jack in the Box. The fast food restaurant’s latest Munchie Meals, Munchie Meals of Horror, have been a huge hit. 

These festive, fun new menu items starring items inspired by The Simpsons and the popular “Treehouse of Horror” episodes released every year were so popular that Jack in the Box ran out of the collectible cups served up with each Munchie Meal of Horror, selling more than 1 million of them in just a couple of weeks… and IOUs were issued for orders that didn’t include them.

Now, though, as we head into the final days of Halloween season, we’ve got good news.

You’ve Got One More Chance to Nab The Simpsons Collectible Cups

Jack in the Box is responding to the huge demand for those collectible cups starring The Simpsons with exactly what fans want: more cups.

Cups are returning to Jack in the Box restaurants. The six glow-in-the-dark collectible cups will return ahead of October 26, which is when the first window to redeem those IOUs that were issued opens. 

So, if you didn’t get a chance to find out which of the six cups would come with your Munchie Meal of Horror (or even the chance to see the cups in person), you’ll have another chance. 

When Will Jack In The Box Restock the Cups?

If you have one of the IOU vouchers that Jack in the Box restaurants handed out during the original launch of The Simpsons-themed collab, good news: Your redemption window is almost here.

The IOU redemption window is still scheduled to open starting on October 26. But, since the cups were so popular during the initial release, Jack in the Box is preparing for the demand this time around. Additional inventory will be arriving at restaurants before October 26 to ensure that all of those IOUs can be fulfilled.

Don’t have an IOU, but still want to try to pick up a cup? We don’t yet know exactly how much inventory Jack in the Box restaurants will have on hand. The first order of business will be fulfilling all of those original IOUs. If any inventory remains, odds are it’ll be available to purchase. Hopefully,everyone who wants one will be able to nab one once the restock occurs.

But, since The Simpsons collectible cups have been in such high demand, I wouldn’t get my hopes up. Viral cups of every kind tend to disappear in a matter of minutes, not hours (remember that Starbucks Bearista from last year?). And since spooky season is winding down, odds are Jack in the Box likely won’t bring back this hugely popular collab with The Simpsonsuntil next year.
