Flatline is a Decepticon and medic responsible for replacing and constructing new bodies for patients. This figure is guaranteed by his comical appearance and is a redecoration and modification of Red Alert, given a new head and new hands that were not included in Red Alert’s final design. He transforms into an emergency SUV with a Decepticon logo on the hood.

Launch: December 2025
Flatline is packaged in the line’s standard Voyager class window box, featuring artwork, logos, and images all over, and the back includes a depiction of him in both modes. Includes instructions to transform him.

Flatline is a redecoration and retooling of Red Alert, with a newly tooled head and a new left hand that was not provided in Red Alert. The Flatline is mostly black with some red and metallic silver, and the Decepticon logo is on the hood of both modes. The blaster can be stored on the back as shown or used as a shoulder-mounted cannon.

His head sculpt is great and looks a lot like the comics. It is given a black helmet, a silver faceplate, red eyes, and a red stripe above it.

The flatline shoulder-mounted cannon rests on a rotating hinge joint and can be placed in either hand. The Flatline includes a left hand that Red Alert did not come with, two gun attachments that can be placed on the left hand or the blaster, or a claw that can be placed on the blaster or one hand. The two gun attachments can also be stored inside the legs, as they can be placed inside the legs as shown above. Note that you can mount certain gun attachments on one side, such as being able to store a double barrel on the left and the other on the right. Gun accessories can also be stored on the back as shown in the diagram and instructions (see video above).
Decomposition of articulations is demonstrated in the video.

This is a comparison with Red Alert.

The Flatline transforms into an emergency SUV, not based on a model, but cooked up by Hasbro. The blaster can be stored on top of the roof as shown. You can also list and use blasters in this mode. This was also seen in Red Alert. This vehicle has some great details, including red stripes on the sides, silver detailing, rotating tires, and the Decepticon logo on the hood.
Overall, Flatline is a great figure and has been long awaited as he makes his debut in this line. There aren’t that many medics in the Decepticon ranks, so I’m really looking forward to getting one. Be sure to get him and other figures from Entertainment Earth today.
