Fortnite fans have a feeling that it’s going to be a wonderful day, as the next big pop culture crossover comes to the Item Shop. Following in the footsteps of the previous Family Guy crossover, Seth MacFarlane’s American Dad is the next animated series to join Fortnite
The new Fortnite crossover adds a couple of iconic skins to the Item Shop, not to mention various bonus items like Backbling, Harvesting Tools, emotes and even a Jam Track. If you want to find out when the new items are joining Fortnite, then keep reading to find out more

Fortnite x American Dad release date and launch time
There’s good news for fans looking to pick up the next batch of skins, because Fortnite’s American Dad crossover will be available following the next Item Shop update
The American Dad items have been given a July 3 / July 4 release date depending on where you are in the world
For UK fans, the American Dad crossover launches at 1am BST in the early hours of July 4. Likewise, European Fortnite fans can pick up the items at 2am CET on July 4
In the US, fans can grab the items at 5pm PT / 8pm ET on July 3, so keep refreshing the item tab around then

Fortnite x American Dad items and emotes
As you can see from the Shiina tweets above, the American Dad crossover will be headlined by brand new skins for Stan Smith and his wife Francine. Sadly, this means we’ll have to wait a little longer for Roger, Hayley and Steve
The two new character skins will be accompanied by a variety of new items, including Klaus the pet goldfish, who can be equipped as Backbling
Speaking of Backbling, fans can also equip Stan or Francine with a Terror Alert magnet
Francine’s handbag (with a brick in it) and a foam finger will be available as Harvesting Tools
There’s also an American Dad Jam Track to unlock, as well as a funky dance emote for the C.I.A
