Waterhouse has been in a relationship with Twilight star Robert Pattinson since 2018.
Suki Waterhouse has yet to sink her teeth into Robert Pattinson‘s most iconic project.
The “Good Looking” singer, who has been romantically linked to the Lighthouse star since 2018, revealed that she has never seen any of the Twilight saga during a new interview with In Your Dreams With Owen Thiele.
Host Owen Thiele asked the singer, “Are you Team Edward or Team Jacob?”
Waterhouse responded, “I’ve never seen it.”
Incredulous, Thiele asked for clarification. “You actually haven’t?”
“I haven’t. No,” she said. “I will one day.”
Waterhouse then considered her answer to the original question. “But obviously I’m team…Edward,” she said, pausing before invoking Pattinson’s character’s name as if she had to think about it.
“I was like, Wait, I can’t get that wrong,'” she said, laughing. “I haven’t [seen them], but I will one day. I’m waiting for the day that I have in bed.”

Thiele then offered, “I’ll watch it with you in bed.”
“I would actually love to watch it with you,” Waterhouse responded.
“I talk throughout a movie, so you’re gonna be really annoyed,” he warned.
“That would be great,” Waterhouse said. “I want commentary, I don’t really wanna sit and watch.”
The singer said that she doesn’t want to watch the Twilight <a href="https://comicvibe.com/its-a-brand-new-day-for-spider-man-how-to-watch-all-the-marvel-movies-and-tv-shows-in-order/” title=”It's a Brand New Day for Spider-Man: How to Watch All the Marvel Movies and TV Shows in Order”>movies alone. “We’d need commentary,” she said. “I’ll watch it with [Pattinson], or I’ll watch it with you, but I want commentary. I’m not gonna sit and watch the movie by myself.”
She added, “I can’t wait for the day.”
Pattinson starred as brooding vampire Edward Cullen in five Twilight films between 2008 and 2012. The films grossed over $3.3 billion worldwide and made Pattinson a household name, paving the way for him to star in indie hits like The Lighthouse and Good Time as well as later blockbusters like The Batman and The Odyssey.
“It’s insane to me that people still talk about it,” Pattinson said of the franchise last year in an interview with the BBC. “I mean, Twilight was a long time ago. And the fact that people are still talking about it means we did something right.”
Elsewhere in the In Your Dreams interview, Waterhouse discussed how Pattinson helps her when she submits self-tapes for acting auditions.

“It’s always really good when he helps me as well,” she said. “But sometimes he really wants to get like really, like, cinematography. Like, move it around the house.”
The Assassination Nation actress recalled one particularly ambitious audition tape that Pattinson oversaw. “We did this one self-tape, and I’m like, ‘No, we just need to be against a background, just stay still,'” she remembered. “And he wanted to do it like I was in the bathroom on the toilet…[he] started the shot with my pants around my ankles, and then I had to pull them up, and he wanted to do this twist into the mirror so you couldn’t see me do my pants up.”

Pattinson’s vision wasn’t quite what Waterhouse had in mind, but she appreciated his vision. “He got so into it,” she said. “It’s insane. He’s a director.”
The singer also teased that Pattinson’s wild footage might eventually be released in a different form. “I was like, ‘I’m not sending this [as an audition], but maybe I could cut it up and put a song to it and put it on my Instagram,'” she said.
