IDW Publishing Announced a new series starring the teenage mutant ninja turtle’s war crusher TMNT: Shredder. This August, this book, and Walt ((Lucifer) and the Artist Michele Bandini ((Batman), will follow Oroku Saki as he begins rebuilding power in New York’s criminal underworld, although this time there is no support from the foot clan.

Prepare for the ultimate Ronin rag to messy story. The torture of return has changed forever, beyond imagination, and everyone around him has sold off and no longer resides with the foot clan, while the shredder will delve into the criminal underworld in New York, as the former protein has formed its own rival clan and for the city’s sinister plans. In his deadly revenge mission, old and new enemies will cruelly discover what resistance will bring to the end of the shredder blade.
Although not the first solo crusher series (this is a 2019 honor Fragments in hellthe above-mentioned “Trip beyond imagination” by writer/artist Mateus Santolouco), the book marks Oroku Saki’s debut since IDW restarts TMNT comics Jason Aaron and co. Last year, as well as Watters and Bandini’s debut in the TMNT universe. Together with Bandini, Santolouco will return to provide a cover and design a new character design for the title character.
Advanced Editor Andy Khouri Noted, “TMNT: Shredder It is the new title I most eager to develop when I was working in TMNT. There is no doubt that the Chopper is one of the coolest, most terrifying and iconic villains in American comic history, and it’s time to bring him back to those sinister roots. Dan Watters is my only writer on the project. His bibliography – including characters like Batman and Lucifer and his own innovative independent comics – reads like a training manual about how to write about the chopped man, a character that is as mysterious as he is in blades and blood. Dan’s story is immediately a back-to-back approach, welcoming new readers with Jason Aaron’s long-standing history TMNT Run when built on the indelible background of this classic character version of IDW version. ”
Waters commented: “The bad guys always have the best stories, and the choppers are no exception. This story was crushed in pursuit of revenge – rejecting the gods and loyalty he did to his long and long history, which totally scared the fear of New York that totally terrified him so much – and why. Cycling Hell.”
Bandini added: “I’m in the 80s, so I’m grown up TMNT And I have always hoped to have the opportunity to work on one of their books since I was a child. Yes, I want to be a cartoonist since I was five, and my favorite characters have always been the entertainment-loving Michelangelo and the cruel ninja master Shredder. Revenge Story, one of the coolest characters ever? I can’t wait to see Shredder return what he deserves: the crown of New York’s deadliest villain! ”

Khouri said of Bandini’s work: “Michele’s amazing cover artwork is just a taste of the enthusiasm and creativity he brings to the project. Combining American, European and Asian comic traditions, TMNT: Shredder Will stand beside [the main] Teen Ninja Turtle [series] As one of the most gorgeous books of the year. ”
