James Gray has lined up an A-list cast for his next film paper tiger.
Adam Driver, Jeremy Strong and Anne Hathaway will star in the film based on Grey’s original script. Vincent Maraval and Kim Fox’s Veterans are handling international sales rights at the American Film Market next week, while CAA Media Finance represents domestic rights.
Leone Film Group fully finances the film produced by Raffaella Leone and Rodrigo Teixeira for RT Features.
Principal photography will begin in early 2025 on the crime drama, which centers on two brothers who become embroiled in what doesn’t seem to be quite a conspiracy. Their relationship is tested as they become involved in a world of violence and corruption, and find themselves in the crosshairs of the Russian mafia.
Driver is a two-time Oscar-nominated actor who recently completed production on the feature film directed by Jim Jarmusch father, mother, sister, brother. His recent titles include Megacity, ferrari, 65 and white noise.
Gray most recently directed the 2022 feature film doomsday time Starring Hathaway and Strong. He has previously helmed interstellar exploration and Lost City of Z.
Hathaway recently appeared in an Amazon movie your thoughtsher next projects include Huagu Street, virgin mary and Princess Diaries 3. The strong one, who broke out successionrecently appeared in apprentice Will soon appear in Bruce Springsteen biopic save me from nowhere.
Gray is represented by CAA and Jake Austin. The driver was represented by MWE and Sloane Offer. Strong is repped by WME, Sugar23 and Hansen Jacobson. Hathaway is repped by CAA, Entertainment 360 and Sloane Offer.
