Mace Windu is one of them Star Wars At this point fans mostly thought the character was gone forever. He appears to have died in the third prequel in 2015, Star Wars: Episode III – Revenge of the Sith Emperorbut that didn’t stop him from reminding fans and Star Wars Producers say he’d love to return as a badass Jedi.
He reiterated his position in a recent appearance The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallonin which he noted:
“I mean, there’s a long history of one-armed, one-handed people in the world. Star Wars universe. So, just because they chopped off my arm and I fell out of the window, that doesn’t mean I’m dead.
“I’m a Jedi! I’m the second most powerful Jedi in the universe, after Yoda. Yes, he walks the Earth with Jules [from Pulp Fiction.]”

While this hasn’t happened yet, it has sparked debate among fans about whether Mace Windu survives again. He said in the interview:
“There’s a long history of one-handed comebacks to Star Wars… The only person I’ve ever said was coming back is Bryce Dallas Howard because I just did a movie with her.
“She directed a few episodes The Mandalorianso, ‘Do you think you could hook up with a brother? I mean you like me, right? She said, “I love you, you’re amazing!” So, “Let me get back in there…let me in, Coach, I’m ready!” You know, I’m going to learn to use the light with my left hand sword. Come on, hook me up.
