Sunday night saw the return of The Gilded Age for its fourth season. Rumor has it that HBO reports the show saw its highest rated premiere to date. The season got off to a dramatic start with Bertha Russell in England as her daughter experiences a dramatic birth; Agnes and Ada plan an elaborate dinner; Peggy deals with a difficult mother-in-law to be; and when Larry and Marian reunite, it’s with severe social consequences. Its a premiere that will give Downton Abbeyfans PTSD! The show will continue to drop new episodes Sundays on HBO.
LIST | 9 THINGS TO WATCH (SORT OF) LIKE ‘OFF CAMPUS’
NBC will debut their reboot of The Rockford Files on January 2, 2027 in a “special preview” which will air post the weekly NFL game. Its time slot premiere will then be Thursday January 7. The show is rebooting the James Garner 1970s drama, and this version will feature David Boreanaz.
The drama, according to NBC Universal will be about the titular character in a “contemporary update on the classic series of the same name. Newly paroled after doing time for a crime he didn’t commit, James Rockford returns to his life as a private investigator using his charm and wit to solve cases around Los Angeles. It doesn’t take long for his quest for legitimacy to land him squarely in the crosshairs of both local police and organized crime.” See the teaser below.
April will be the month, the 28th to be exact, that Off Campus returns for its much anticipated season two on Prime Video. The second year at Briar U will primarily follow Allie and Dean while also catching fans up with characters like Hannah and Garrett (who season one centered on).
