In Witch on the Holy Night you experience a coming of age story set in the vibrant, bustling 1980s, which follows an innocent young man and two young “witches.” At last check-in back in April, the game had moved over 200k copies worldwide, showing that it had found quite the audience. Soon enough, those fans will have a brand-new way to interact with the franchise.
A manga adaptation of Witch on the Holy Night is in the works, and it’ll kick off in Kodansha’s Weekly Shonen Magazine on November 11th, 2026. The manga will adapt the game’s story, and it features character designs by Hirokazu Koyama and artwork from Keigo Maki, creator the of Shikimori’s Not Just a Cutie series. You can check out a promo video for the manga above.
There’s no word on a localization for this manga right now, but hopefully someone will step in and take up the project. With the game getting localized, you’d think that the manga will follow suit. If/when that happens, we’ll be sure to give you the full details.
