The Batman: Part II of The Batman 2’s possible character and plot tidbits should not in any way be related to Heidi Klum’s gruesome Halloween getup. And yet, here we are. She went to her Halloween party dressed as a giant severed hand. Photos showing her being decked up with fake gore are being circulated on social media. The pictures are from the workshop of Mike Marino, makeup artist and prosthetic designer who worked on The Batman and will return for the sequel. The images were shared by Klum on Instagram, but she presumably deleted them, as I could not find them on her profile now.
Heidi Klum’s Halloween makeup team has seemingly accidentally spoiled some major character secrets for ‘THE BATMAN: PART 2’ 👀🦇
• Brian Tyree Henry as Two-Face 🎭
• Sebastian Stan as Victor Zsasz 👩🦲
• Court Of Owls Mask 🦉
• Sebastian Koch will also have makeup ❔ https://t.co/DmAk90COfy— The Batman Saga News (@TheBatmanSagaNW) November 1, 2026
They show shelves behind Klum’s costume, and on those shelves are oddities, including a face that’s half-scarred and more. They give hints as to the rogues’ gallery of Robert Pattinson’s Caped Crusader in his second outing as Batman. But some are much easier to explain than the others. We are mostly speculating here, but after Matt Reeves had to step down from the movie for a personal reason, we are hungry for any little morsel of information to assure us that the movie will eventually be released.
1Brian Tyree Henry’s Alleged Two-Face Sculpt Reveals a Gruesome Design

Fans think a particular cast member resembles Brian Tyree Henry’s face. Well, his Two-Face. There is no official confirmation yet, but it is heavily rumored that Henry is essaying the infamous scarred Batman villain, Harvey Dent, with a love of the concept of chance. On the left side, part of the upper lip and cheek appears to be missing, exposing the teeth. That has to be Two-Face, right? Well, we don’t know for sure, but it seems that way.
2A Zsasz Label Adds Weight to Rumors About Sebastian Stan’s Role

The “Zsasz” word is quite a mouthful and associated with a relatively lesser-known Batman bad guy. It is the one clue on the shelf that a Batman reader could identify without recognizing a single actor. Victor Zsasz, a serial killer, carves a tally mark into his skin for every person he kills.
Sebastian Stan has long been associated with The Batman: Part II. Earlier, he was rumored to be playing Harvey Dent. But reports currently claim, no, he is essaying Zsasz. However, there is no mention of Stan’s name. The only Sebastian that gets a mention in the images is Koch (more on that later). Still, the word Zsasz was enough to cause a stir.
3An Owl Mold Fuels Speculation About Gotham’s Secret Society

Another label reads “OWL 3.” It’s the second time an owl reference has caught fans’ attention during production. An earlier protest scene filmed for the sequel featured a sign reading “Court of Fowls”. That one could pass for a Gotham protester’s idea of a joke. Seeing those three letters again in Marino’s workshop gives the joke a possible target.
In the comics, the Court of Owls is a secret society drawn from Gotham’s wealthiest families. They are some of Batman’s most powerful villains. Its members wear owl masks and employ assassins known as Talons. For Pattinson’s Bruce Wayne, the most unsettling prospect would be recognizing someone when a mask comes off. Reeves’ first film already forced Bruce to reconsider what he knew about his father and the family fortune. The Court could bring that investigation uncomfortably close to his own dinner table.
4Sebastian Koch and a Mystery Face Cast Raise More Questions

One item in the workshop appears to carry the label “Koch”. Reeves welcomed Sebastian Koch to Gotham, but he kept the actor’s role to himself. Since Koch is in the workshop, it appears the character would require makeup (which seems to be a thing for most Batman villains for some reason). He could be anyone, including Scarecrow and Mr. Freeze.
5Charles Dance’s Possible Face Cast Adds Another Casting Clue
This one is a little vague and quite speculative. Charles Dance is the other actor fans have tried to identify on the shelf. There is certainly a minor resemblance between Dance and an older man’s cast. Dance’s name had previously surfaced in connection with Harvey Dent’s father, but that was when it was reported that Stan would portray Harvey. Curiouser and curiouser. Honestly, Dance could play anyone in Gotham and spend the entire The Batman 2 doing absolutely nothing, and we’d still be delighted to watch him. I’d have cast him as Alfred, perhaps a version of the butler with an edge.
