Costume Designer Staci Greenbaum Takes Us Behind the Scenes of Halloween 2026
TODAY has been putting on a legendary Halloween show for decades! And in recent years, many of the costumes have been from the mind of costume designer Staci Greenbaum.
Greenbaum, who began collaborating with the TODAY team in 2023 when the theme was “Kellyoke,” says she loves being a part of TODAY’s costume extravaganza.
“Every year is something different, but this year’s been really fun,” Greenbaum told TODAY.com in a sit-down interview earlier this week.
The occasion isn’t without its unique challenges, according to the costume designer, who started with creating Savannah and Jenna’s “Friends” looks.
Given that the sitcom aired for 10 seasons, Greenbaum says it was tricky, pinning down a single iconic look for characters Rachel and Phoebe. Instead, she took inspiration from a variety of looks over the years.
“We’re taking some liberties,” she explained of the costumes, which are more about capturing the essence of the characters, rather than duplicating specific outfits worn by cast members Jennifer Aniston and Lisa Kudrow.
Along with the “Friends” looks, Greenbaum said that other costumes this year, including Craig’s Snoop Dogg, Laura’s Simone Biles and Willie’s Johnny Carson, were more nods than they were real-life replications.
“We’re talking about costumes that span a range of different things that encapsulate NBC’s centennial. So, some of them have very direct inspiration and some of them don’t,” explained Greenbaum.
There was definitely some accurate cosplay among the costumes, too. Al’s Gumby costume, for example, was a real-life replica of Eddie Murphy’s ‘SNL’ character and Carson’s Ella Langley look was reproduced from her hit video for “Choosin’ Texas.” Dylan’s Jeannie costume was also a duplicate, mirroring Barbara Eden’s iconic maroon-and-pink genie outfit from the ‘60s show.
Of all the costumes this year, Sheinelle’s was likely the most inspired, Greenbaum explained. Rather than having Sheinelle dress up in the exact Rockettes costume, the designer said she took a cue from a joke Sheinelle made about wanting to be a tree for Halloween this year.
“I said, ‘Well, during Christmas, we have the tree lighting.’ So, her costume is more reminiscent of the Rockefeller Tree. It’s green, gold, red and silver and it has the same fringe and movement (of The Rockettes’ costume), but I’m making her what she asked for,” laughed Greenbaum.
Read on for other notable details from this year’s costumes:
- Laura’s one-piece costume was made by the same manufacturer that creates the real Olympic leotards for Team USA.
- Carson’s red halter top and suede chaps were custom-made by the costume team.
- Savannah’s page outfit is a real NBC page uniform, borrowed from the program.
- Al’s Gumby was made by the same “SNL” team that built the costume for Eddie Murphy’s return to Weekend Update in 2019.
Witches Brew, Ghastly Goulash and Spiderweb Cheesecake, Oh My!
What’s Halloween without a few spooky beverages and snacks to take the celebration to the next level? Back from her segment with “Snoop Dogg” is the queen of Halloween: Martha Stewart.
Stewart joined Savannah, Craig and Carson to cook up some hauntingly delicious dishes in honor of Oct. 31. The media mogul and lifestyle expert kicked things off with some spooky apple “shrunken heads.”
The clever creations were the perfect addition for bourbon cider punch.
For the main course, Stewart whipped up a batch of ghostly goulash.
Dessert was a no-bake spiderweb cheesecake sure to impress friends and family alike. While making her no-bake spiderweb cheesecake, Craig had a total mishap, spilling some of the chocolate.
“Real Snoop would never do that!” chastised Stewart.

What Is The NBC Page Program?
If you’ve ever watched sitcom “30 Rock,” then you’re probably familiar with Kenneth Parcell, the cheerful page with the can-do attitude, played by Jack McBrayer. The role is based on NBC’s real-life page program, which was launched in 1933 with the aim of fostering the careers of promising young professionals.
Indeed, many recognizable names have gotten their start in the page program, including Gregory Peck, Aubrey Plaza, Regis Philbin, Willard Scott, Ted Koppel and Michael Eisner, just to name a few!
The illustrious page program lasts anywhere from 12 to 16 months and draws thousands of applicants each year. Of them, less than 2% – or roughly 200 people a year – are accepted, making it one of the most coveted posts in media.
Surprise! It’s Jack McBrayer From ’30 Rock’
In another inspired cameo, it’s Jack McBrayer, better known as Kenneth Parcell, from “30 Rock.” The always-happy and eternally young NBC page joins Savannah at the end of today’s NBC tour!
Airing from 2006 to 2013, Tina Fey’s iconic sendup of the behind-the-scenes shenanigans of a sketch comedy show is one of NBC’s most enduring sitcoms. Also starring Alec Baldwin, Tracy Morgan and Jane Krakowski, the long-running show scored 16 Primetime Emmys and remains a comedy staple in syndication.
“That was quite the tour!” said “Kenneth” approvingly, before giving Savannah her official NBC page pin and saying she should be “proud as a peacock to wear it.”
Fun fact: The rest of the crowd joining Savannah and McBrayer on the TODAY stage are real NBC pages.
Sheinelle Jones Is … A Radio City Rockette
Through the years, Sheinelle has channeled a variety of legendary performers for TODAY’s Halloween show including Tina Turner, Beyoncé, Bruno Mars and Janet Jackson. Now, the co-host of “Jenna & Sheinelle” pays tribute to an NBC Rockefeller Center staple — The Radio City Rockettes!
The renowned dance troupe has been performing for more than 100 years and is a big part of NBC’s storied history. Whether it’s at the Rockefeller Center Tree Lighting or the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade, the Rockettes have been on hand to mark some of the biggest events of the last century.
Sheinelle joins the dance troupe on the plaza to once again prove that when it comes to dance moves, she’s totally got the chops! According to Sheinelle, learning to dance alongside The Rockettes was no small feat.
“I think that so many people underestimate the athletic and dance abilities of The Rockettes,” Sheinelle told TODAY.com in a sit-down interview the week before the reveal.
“We see them as these beautiful ladies. They’re showgirls. They have high kicks,” Sheinelle said. “Let me tell you something — these women are incredible and I am learning that in real time.”
To prepare for this year’s performance, Sheinelle rehearsed with The Rockettes and said that while she’s danced in prior Halloween reveals, this year’s routine is truly next-level.
“I’ll be honest with you; I stopped ballet in seventh grade and The Rockettes are very much so precise and technical and ballet-adjacent. So, this has been the most difficult, technically, that I’ve ever tried to attempt on the TODAY show,” Sheinelle said.
“It looks easier than it is and I think that’s the magic of The Rockettes — they make it look so easy, but technically it is very difficult. So,” she said. “I am really having to work hard.”
Sheinelle added that when it comes to this year’s Halloween reveal, she’s got one mission: “My hope and my goal is to make my seventh-grade self proud.”
Sheinelle said that like many women, she grew up watching the famed dance troupe and envisioned what it would be like to join their elite ranks.
“So, I feel like I’m representing the average woman who’s like, ‘I’ve got a little bit of dance in me, what if we went on a wild adventure and joined the Radio City Music Hall Rockettes?’”
Surprise! It’s Martha Stewart!
Look who it is! It’s Snoop’s bestie Martha Stewart! Joining Craig is the real-life Stewart. Without a doubt, she’s 100% the gin to “Snoop’s” juice.
Stewart and Snoop Dogg first met when the rapper appeared on Stewart’s eponymous talk show back in 2008. The two became pals and their famous friendship has endured for more than 15 years.
What makes this pair work so well?
“We just have fun,” Stewart toldJimmy Fallon in 2024. “He and I see eye-to-eye on a lot of things.”
Of Stewart, Snoop Dogg, who was born Calvin Cordozar Broadus Jr., toldRolling Stone in 2016 that their friendship is “a natural combination of love, peace, and harmony.”
Craig Melvin Is … Snoop Dogg
Craig is in the doghouse, literally! The TODAY anchor couldn’t be more perfect as West Coast rapper and Olympic commentator, Snoop Dogg. The hip-hop artist has sold more than 35 million albums globally, been awarded an Emmy, American Music Award and earned more than a dozen Grammy nominations.
In recent years, the West Coast rap icon has branched out into a variety of media endeavors, including serving as an Olympic correspondent in 2020, 2024 and 2026 games and co-hosting a series of cooking shows with lifestyle guru Martha Stewart.
Craig told TODAY.com that he was excited to play the legendary musician.
“Who’s not a fan of Snoop?” he asked. “He’s a part of the fabric of America. I’ve been a fan of Snoop since my high school years — maybe even before that.”
Through the years, Craig has donned quite a few costumes for the TODAY show. In the past, he’s dressed up as famed quarterback Patrick Mahomes, rapper MC Hammer, Axel Foley from “Beverly Hills Cop” and Broadway’s Alexander Hamilton just to name a few. But according to the anchor, this year might just be the easiest get-up yet.
“The costume’s not cumbersome,” he said. “I don’t have an elaborate dance, there’s no choreography, there’s no lip-syncing. I can just saunter out with that Snoop swag, which I’m sure I will not be able to replicate, but I’ll try.”
Surprise! It’s Mike Tirico
Speaking of the Olympics, veteran sportscaster Mike Tirico joined to introduce the next guest on the TODAY plaza. The sports announcer has been part of the NBC sports family for more than a decade covering prestigious events like the Kentucky Derby, U.S. Golf Open, Sunday Night Football and, of course, the Olympic Games.
Tirico debuted at the network in 2016 as host of NBC Sports’coverage of golf tournament The Open from Royal Troon in Scotland. And since, he’s been the voice of some of the biggest moments in sports. Last year, Tirico became the lead NBA play-by-play announcer as the league returned to NBC Sports.

Laura Jarrett Is … Simone Biles
With 11 Olympic medals to her name (seven of which are gold) along with countless other accolades, Simone Biles remains the most decorated gymnast in history.
The GOAT dominated the 2024 Olympic Games in an unforgettable redemption tour. And now, she’s joining TODAY’s Halloween party on the plaza.
Hold on a second, that’s not Simone, it’s… Laura! And holy flips, she’s utterly amazing as the U.S. Olympian!
Who knew TODAY’s senior legal correspondent was also a champion gymnast? Certainly not Laura, who told TODAY.com that unlike her Halloween alter ego, she’s not even close to being an expert tumbler.
“I do not have a limber bone in my body,” said Laura of her athletic aptitude. “I wouldn’t say I’m a klutz, but I wouldn’t also say that I have any grace.”
“I can’t do a cartwheel. I can’t do a handstand. I can’t do anything. I can’t touch my toes,” she continued.
Surely, it can’t be that bad.
“You can say, ‘The record reflects she cannot touch her toes,’ okay?” joked Laura.
Instead, the TODAY anchor said that she was relying on the “power of editing and television” to give her the gymnastic skills she otherwise doesn’t have — with one notable exception.
“The arms up I can do,” she said of the gymnast’s trademark landing salute.
Laura’s definitely got a funny bone. The TODAY weekend anchor said that if she ever gets the chance, she’d love to dress up as her character Elaine Benes from her favorite NBC sitcom, “Seinfeld,” and “do the dance.”
Carson Daly Is … Ella Langley
If you’ve never heard Ella Langley’s No. 1 Billboard hit “Choosin’ Texas,” well, you’ve been living under a rock. The massive single spent 24 weeks at the top of the charts, shattering Mariah Carey’s all-time record for “All I Want for Christmas Is You.” And it’s expected to be a shoo-in at next year’s Grammy Awards.
No one has covered Langley’s meteoric rise to fame quite like Carson. So, according to the PopStart anchor, paying tribute to the country singer in this year’s Halloween show was a total no-brainer.
“Choosin’ Texas” is one of the biggest music stories of the year. It’s broken every record for how long it was at No. 1 on the Billboard chart. So, it’s just this enormous story,” Carson said. “She’s a huge breakout star, I’m a music guy and I thought this would be a lot of fun to do.”
The best part is that Carson didn’t even need to read up on the lyrics.
“It’s ingrained into all of our brains now because we’ve heard it so many times,” said Carson. “I feel pretty good about it.”
With TODAY celebrating 100 years of NBC, we were curious: Does Carson have any favorite must-see TV shows?
“‘Cheers’ was my first big, must-see moment. I love that show,” said Carson. “Every time I watched it, I was laughing. There was never a bad episode … It was consistently good. So that’s one of my top shows of all time.”
Al Roker Is … Gumby (Dammit) From “Saturday Night Live”
Eddie Murphy is credited for bringing SNL back from the brink in the 1980s and for good reason; some of the sketch comedy show’s most enduring characters were created by Murphy, including Mister Robinson, Buckwheat and of course, the eternally angry Gumby.
Forever cementing the phrase “I’m Gumby, dammit,” into the American vernacular, Murphy’s cigar-smoking, foul-mouthed cartoon character is one that lives on in infamy — and through Al.
“I was a fan of the sketch,” Al told TODAY.com. “Besides the fact that Eddie Murphy did it, I grew up watching the original Gumby, and the idea that Gumby was actually a Borscht Belt comedian, I thought was genius.”
Did Al practice his big line ahead of the Halloween reveal?
“I’ve been working on it, workshopping a couple of ideas,” Al said. “It’s iconic.”
Aside from “Saturday Night Live,” Al said that among his favorite NBC shows is the classic ‘80s action series “The A-Team,” starring Mr. T.
“I portrayed him a couple of times,” said Al of the mohawked actor.
“I loved ‘The A-Team,’” Al enthused, “which was just so quintessential ‘80s action.”
Jenna Bush Hager Is … Phoebe From “Friends”
For more than three decades, the world has had just one burning question: What are they feeding Smelly Cat? While we may never find out the answer, we do have something that can console us — Jenna’s spot-on rendition of the classic “Friends” song. And, frankly, we may never be the same.
Bringing her best Phoebe Buffay to this year’s Halloween extravaganza, Jenna says that she’s 100% a fan of the character, played by Lisa Kudrow.
“I love this song, I mean, I know it. I’ve memorized it,” Jenna told TODAY.com prior to her costume reveal. “I love ‘Friends,’ I watched the entire thing.”
Does she have a favorite episode?
“The Wedding Episode, the We-Were-on-a-Break episode … I’m a little bit of a romance girly, so I loved all that,” she said.
However nothing quite measures up to ‘Smelly Cat,” and when the producers asked her to perform the Phoebe classic, she didn’t need to prep. She was born ready
“They were like, ‘OK, you need to memorize it.’ I’m like, ‘No, it’s memorized.’ Because, first of all, I’m a cat girl, but also it was so much a part of our culture back then,” Jenna said. “So, one of the highlights of the show is what I’m doing.”
Savannah Guthrie Is … Rachel From “Friends”
It’s been more than 20 years since the last episode of “Friends” aired and we still can’t get The Rembrandts’ theme song out of our heads. One of NBC’s most beloved sitcoms, “Friends” debuted in 1994, instantly endearing Ross, Rachel, Monica, Chandler, Joey and Phoebe to millions of viewers who tuned in to watch their favorite roomies navigate the ups and downs of life in New York City.
For Halloween this year, Savannah took on Jennifer Aniston’s iconic Rachel Green, right down to the signature “Rachel” haircut. Admit it, you had one. Everyone did.
“This is right in my wheelhouse,” Savannah told TODAY.com in an interview ahead of the reveal. “I was probably a little younger than those characters, but I aspired to be them. They were living in New York City; they were young and single. So, it spoke to me as another young person trying to make her way in the world.”
More than that, Savannah said that “Friends” was a seminal show for an entire generation.
“You identify with the characters 100%. The lines are iconic and everyone knows exactly what you’re referring to when you say to them, ‘We were on a break,’” the TODAY anchor explained.
“Friends,” Savannah said, is on her “Mount Rushmore” of television shows.
“Every generation has those shows that are more than just something you watch to waste time, that are really more of a cultural milestone for you.
Dylan Dreyer Is … Jeannie From “I Dream of Jeannie”
Back in the 1960s, NBC produced magic — literally — with the hit sitcom “I Dream of Jeannie.” The TV series ran for five seasons before living on eternally in syndication. The fantasy show featured Barbara Eden as the titular character Jeannie and Larry Hagman as Tony Nelson, the NASA astronaut who finds the genie-in-a-bottle after crash-landing on a deserted island.
From there, it’s all hijinks and laughs, typically triggered by one of Jeannie’s signature blink and nods that signals she’s casting a spell.
Pardon the pun, but Dylan’s transformation into the charming wish-granter is nothing short of … magical.
“It’s funny because I grew up watching ‘I Dream of Jeannie,’ even though it was an older show,” Dylan said in an interview with TODAY.com ahead of Halloween. According to the TODAY meteorologist, getting into character involved watching old episodes of the sitcom and taking note of Eden’s mannerisms.
“That’s what was fun when I did Marty McFly the year Al and I were Doc and Marty (from Back to the Future’),” Dylan said. “You kind of need to watch it and take on those mannerisms. So even though I don’t have a dance routine, I still have to embrace the costume.”
Is she excited to portray such an iconic pop culture figure?
“I’m so excited! I feel like it’s just bright and colorful,” Dylan told TODAY.com, saying that her 2026 costume also came with an unexpected bonus. “I am happy this year that I don’t have to learn a dance routine!”
Willie Geist Is … Johnny Carson
Heeeeeeere’s Willie — dressed up as late-night legend Johnny Carson!
Before Jimmy Fallon, a variety of hosts stood at the helm of Studio 6B, including Jay Leno, Jack Paar and Steve Allen. But Carson stands alone as the undisputed King of Late Night. The renowned host spent nearly 30 years entertaining audiences. And, he made it cool to stay up past bedtime.
For Halloween 2026, Willie recreated one of Carson’s most memorable bits, “Carnac the Magnificent.” Fans of the show are sure to recall Carson, outfitted in a cape and feathered turban, answering questions yet to be asked.
In one of the show’s most hilarious moments, the answer to the unasked question was “Sis boom bah.” When revealed, the prompt was: “Describe the sound when a sheep explodes.”
The Q&A stopped Carson and sidekick Ed McMahon in their tracks, leaving the pair laughing until they cried in one of TV’s funniest unscripted moments.
“If you’re going to do NBC 100, you have to have Johnny Carson,” Willie told TODAY.com. “Luckily, I don’t have to be as stylish and funny as Johnny Carson was. I can kind of hide in the Carnac costume.”
The Sunday Sitdown host said he did his homework, working on his Carson-isms ahead of the big reveal, even if celebrity impressions are a bit risky.
“But I’m going to do my best,” Willie said. “I’m inspired by people like Dana Carvey, who did it so famously on SNL — he’s a legend and a hero,” he said of the longtime cast member. “So many guys that I loved growing up looked up to Johnny Carson: Letterman, Conan, and all those guys, so it’ll be fun.”
TODAY.com wondered if along with practicing his best Carson impression, he practiced reading minds, too?
“It doesn’t seem to be working,” laughed Willie. “I just stare deeply at people and usually they call security and ask what I’m doing. ‘Oh no, I’m just getting in character for a role I’m about to play.’ Uh, so far, no luck on the mind reading, but I’m going to keep trying.”
The Theme for 2026 Is: NBC Halloween!
A century ago, the Radio Corporation of America launched a new radio division: The National Broadcasting Company, or NBC. The fledgling radio network made its debut on Nov. 15, 1926, with a four-hour variety program, and the rest, as they say, is history.
Now, 100 years later, the broadcast network has risen to the top of the ranks, becoming one of the most renowned media companies in the world.
Through the decades, NBC has aired some of television’s most iconic programs including “Seinfeld,” “Cheers,” “The Office,” “ER,” “Law & Order,” “Parks and Recreation,” “The Golden Girls,” “Friday Night Lights” and “The West Wing,” among countless others.
The network is also home to celebrated events such as the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade, the Rockefeller Center Christmas Tree Lighting and, of course, the Olympics.
Join Savannah Guthrie, Craig Melvin, Al Roker and Jenna Bush Hager – or shall we say, the TODAY show’s biggest fans – as they tour 30 Rockefeller Center, the network’s iconic headquarters, and take a trip down NBC memory lane in this year’s Halloween extravaganza!
See the Halloween Costume on the Plaza That Had Al Declaring, ‘There Is a God’
The TODAY anchors and co-hosts aren’t the only ones who get into the spirit of the season each Halloween. Plenty of fans show up on the plaza, decked out in a variety of showstopping costumes. But one Charlotte, North Carolina fan took her look to the next level.
Lakeva, a fan from Charlotte, North Carolina, gave the TODAY team a serious laugh with her Craig Melvin impression. TODAY
Channeling Craig Melvin’s iconic violin photo, Lakeva K. Ferreira gave the TODAY gang a serious laugh with her spot-on costume.

Halloween 2025 Rewind: Here’s What the TODAY Team Wore Last Year
Last year, Savannah, Craig, Jenna and Carson embarked on a road trip that took them from coast to coast, in the spirit of the 2025 Halloween theme TODAY’s Road Trip. And it was epic.
Along their travels, the group encountered a variety of special guests including Prince, Frankie Valli, Rocky Balboa and the queen herself: Beyoncé — sort of. Sheinelle, Al, Willie, Dylan and Laura, along with Peter Alexander, made the celebrity “cameos” happen and boy did they nail it!
If you missed last year’s big reveal, don’t worry! Check out the photos below for a roundup of all the costumes, starting with the team’s group photo on the TODAY plaza.

The first stop on TODAY’s road trip was New Jersey. And of course, that meant an appearance from The Four Seasons’ frontman, Frankie Valli, who was played by none other than Dylan.
She tells TODAY.com that last year’s costume was so authentic, people didn’t even recognize that she was, in fact, the TODAY meteorologist in the crooner’s get-up.
“I was standing next to people and I’m like, ‘Hi guys.’ And they just looked right through me,” she said. “So, that’s the sign of a good costume!”

The next stop on the road tour was Philadelphia, home to fictional boxing legend, Rocky Balboa. Doing a flawless impression of the “Yo, Adrian!” fighter was Carson. Dressed in Rocky’s classic grey sweatsuit and red headband, Carson channeled Sly Stallone right down to the “sweat” staining the front of his shirt.

Carson, er, Rocky, was joined by his arch enemy, Clubber Lang. Looking suspiciously like Mr. T, Al recreated Lang’s look, including his signature mohawk and feather earrings. Al, we pity the fool who ever tries to outdo you on this classic costume. Win or lose in the ring, you’re clearly the champ!

Without so much as a bathroom break, the crew continued on to sunny California where they reminisced over the iconic TV series, “Saved By the Bell.” Lo and behold, Lisa Turtle, aka Laura, appeared, sporting the character’s signature side pony and all.
Chatting on her ’90s brick cell phone, Laura even fielded a call from Mario Lopez who recreated his “SBTB” character, A.C. Slater.

From there, the gang headed to Sin City. Naturally, it’s impossible to visit Las Vegas without paying tribute to the great Wayne Newton. And that’s exactly what Willie did. Singing along to Newton’s hit “Danke Schoen,” the Sunday Sitdown host even got his own showgirl backup dancers.

Sure, Minnesota is nowhere near Las Vegas, but geography schmography! TODAY’s intrepid roadtrippers made a pitstop there anyway. While in the Land of 10,000 Lakes, the crew remembered legendary music icon, Prince. Decked out from head to toe in Revolution attire, Craig performed a memorable rendition of the hit maker’s No. 1 song “Purple Rain.” After all, he only wanted, one time, to see us all laughing in the purple rain. Purple rain, purple rain …

After leaving Minnesota, the open road led the gang right to Texas, home of the Queen Bey herself, Beyoncé. However, the real queen last year was Sheinelle, who rode into the plaza on a white stead and gave a dazzling dance performance that rivaled that of the real-life chart topper! They might have not really been in Texas, but Sheinelle brought the house down, down, down.

From the Lonestar State it was straight on to Margaritaville, where Peter Alexander and his crew of parrotheads performed Jimmy Buffett’s classic slacker song. As for us, we’re still searching for our lost shaker of salt!

After an exhausting 10 minutes on “the road,” the team returned to New York City just in the nick of time for TODAY’s Halloween extravaganza, only to realize, they still needed costumes!
Who better to help than Vogue editor-in-chief Anna Wintour and her “Devil Wears Prada” counterpart Miranda Priestley? Jenna and Savannah were up to the challenge and the pair showed off their haughty skills by doing what all self-respecting magazine editors do — they attended a fashion show, then performed a dance to Madonna’s “Vogue.”

The Best TODAY Halloween Costumes Through the Years
TODAY has been hosting its legendary Halloween party on the plaza for decades, with each year more fangtastic than the last!
With the help of the producers, makeup and hair artists, set designers and, of course, TODAY’s anchors and co-hosts for bringing this spooktacular production to life, let’s take a look back at some of our favorite looks.
Al is the undisputed veteran of the TODAY show Halloween extravaganza, so it’s only right that we begin with some of the weatherman’s most memorable costumes starting with pirate Davy Jones.
In 2006, Al underwent an amazing transformation to become the tentacled monster from “Pirates of the Caribbean: Deadman’s Chest.”

We hardly recognize Al in his 2024 transformation into the legendary Beetlejuice. And Dylan as Lydia Deetz? Perfection.

It was a country music bonanza back in 2017! Take a look at Savannah and Carson as Billy Ray Cyrus and Kenny Rogers. These two are filling our achy breaky hearts with so much joy as the iconic country crooners.

Craig has worn his fair share of costumes throughout the many years he’s been with TODAY, but his 2021 nod to Chiefs’ quarterback Patrick Mahomes was truly a touchdown!
