“In gay world, Halloween is the one night a year when a homosexual can dress like a total slut and no other queers can say anything about it,” once said Mean Girls’ Cady Heron, misquoted.
With spooky season well and truly underway and 31 <a href="https://comicvibe.com/anime-adventures-codes-for-october-2026/” title=”Anime Adventures codes for October 2026″>October creeping up on us, there’s only a limited time left to order your Shein fishnets and crappy wigs.
Here at Attitude, we’ve rounded up the pop culture moments, characters and stars begging to be turned into Halloween costumes in 2026. After all, why settle for a basic angel when you could serve a look so iconic that Heidi Klum herself might save you a spot at her annual Halloween party?
Blowout BJ wig lady
Wanna look like you’ve had a blow job – sorry, a blowout – at your Halloween party this year? Then Toni Brattin should be your muse. All you need is a voluminous, textured wig with salon-worthy waves, paired with a baby-blue tweed dress. You’ll look good enough for QVC!
Pearl Krabs
SpongeBob ain’t no match for this diva. Pearl Krabs, daughter of businessman and entrepreneur Mr Krabs, is ready to take your guests straight down to Bikini Bottom. Think a pink crop top stamped with the letter P, a thigh-skimming skirt and a fierce pink lip, all topped off with a blonde high ponytail. And for the finishing touch, try a grey laundry basket to recreate her iconic whale snout.
Queen of M&S, Kathryn Turner
Gracing our TikTok For You Pages this year, M&S Food’s Director of Product Development, Kathryn Turner, has earned herself a spot on Attitude’s Halloween costume inspo list. Dressed head to toe in M&S mother finery, you’ll be serving the “love that” slogan in no time. All you need to complete the look is her infectious charisma, an encyclopaedic knowledge of desserts and the confidence to make a supermarket biscuits sound like the second coming.
Moira Rose as the Pope
In honour of the late gay icon Catherine O’Hara, why not pay tribute to her legendary Schitt’s Creek character, Moira Rose – as the Pope. Need we say more? All you have to do is embrace your inner diva, drink plenty of wine and have an unshakable love of fashion. Easier said than done for some of you, we know.
Madonna’s Confessions II album cover
We’ve got something we wanna talk about. Madonna’s return to music has dominated nearly half the gay calendar in 2026. Between waiting for updates, releases and collabs, and keeping on top of surprise performances, the Queen of Pop knows exactly how to keep us edging.
In honour of her eighth studio album, Confessions II, why not recreate Madonna’s iconic album artwork? Slip into a purple bodysuit paired with thigh-high stockings and fishnets, then cover it all up with her signature pink veil. There’s no need to slap on any make-up!
Fiona Goode in hell
Delivering one of the most iconic lines in TV history, Jessica Lange’s Fiona Goode screaming “knotty pine” in AHS hell is a Halloween costume waiting to happen. Visually a mess, much like most of us by Halloween night, all you need is a knee-length black dress and a floor-scraping cardigan to serve Supreme Witch at her absolute lowest. And when you inevitably find yourself at the Halloween afters, just remember what most of us will be thinking: “I can’t spend eternity here; it reeks of fish and cat piss. What is this… knotty pine?!”
White House press secretary
If answering questions isn’t your thing, former White House press secretary Katie Zacharia, although not quite the right fit for Donald Trump, could be the perfect fit for Halloween. As if being MAGA wasn’t scary enough, this Californian barbie lasted just five days in the role, making history as the shortest-serving White House press secretary ever.
If you’re a fit blonde with a president – we mean husband, “that’s a good one” – and a borrowed flight attendant outfit, this is your gig. You have one job: Halloween harder than she did as press secretary.
Heated Rivalrygay hockey realness
For the basic gays who aren’t making the effort to go as Madonna’s ‘Dancerella’ toilet cubicle this year, Heated Rivalry offers a simple but hot Halloween outfit. An ice hockey jersey paired with a pair of shorts and boots made for stomping, and you’ll look good enough to head straight to the cottage. It’s a great couples costume, too. All you need is a dom top who can put on a Russian accent and a power bottom with a great behind.
Party beyond ‘9 to 5’ with Dolly Parton
In memory of the late country singer, philanthropist and LGBTQ+ ally, put on a breastplate too big to fit through doorways, a blonde wig made for a drag queen and an outfit covered in rhinestones, paired with some cowboy boots, and you’ve got yourself a Dolly Parton Halloween costume.
