City leaders and Agora Realty came together Wednesday to mark the start of the final phase of construction on Hylo Park.

According to the city, the vision for the complex is to host youth and collegiate sports events, including local and national tournaments.
Agora Realty, which acquired the land for Fiesta Rancho and Texas Station, says it’s launching the third and final phase of development on a 73-acre master planned mixed-use community.
The second phase, completed this past July, includes a retail center designed to serve The West End, a 400-home neighborhood currently under development.
Agora is also renovating the Hylo Park Ice Arena, the rink that was previously attached to Fiesta Rancho.
