Mushoku Tensei: Jobless Reincarnation Season 3 anime announced a Cour 2 after Episode 14 finished airing on September 27. The anime entered its darkest episodes yet with the introduction of future Rudeus and his diary, with the latest episode concluding the arc. Crunchyroll is streaming the anime as part of its Summer 2026 lineup.
The second cour will premiere in 2027, and you can watch the teaser video below.

Season 3 began with Volume 14, for which Seven Seas describes the story:
Nanahoshi, Rudeus, and the rest of their group take a trip to Perugius’s mysterious floating fortress, seeking adventure and a once-in-a-lifetime chance to learn new magic. What they find instead is disaster as one of their number is struck down by a deadly illness. How far will Rudeus go to save a dear friend’s life?

The anime is based on a light novel by Rifujin na Magonote with Shirotaka’s illustrations. Seven Seas is publishing the light novel in English.
The series is also launching a game titled Mushoku Tensei: Jobless Reincarnation – Chronicle of Echoes this year. It is a free-to-play game with in-app purchases developed by ASOBIMO.
