
JetSynthesys, an Indian digital entertainment and technology company, has signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Japan’s MIXI, Inc. The two companies will explore working together in India on video gaming, esports, digital entertainment and marketing.
The companies said the MOU brings together JetSynthesys’s knowledge of India’s digital market and MIXI’s experience in gaming and entertainment.
They will look at game development and publishing support, marketing and user acquisition, and esports. The MOU also covers market intelligence and business development support, possible strategic investments, and any other areas both parties agree on.
