Voice actressesYoshino AoyamaandMomoka Terasawaare joining the voice cast of the upcomingBlessTV anime series as the Sumeragi twins. The anime will begin airing in Japan in January 2027.
Aoyama is slated to voice Oroka Sumeragi (left) while Terasawa will voice Shitataka Sumeragi (right). Both characters are showcased in a newly released character trailer. Aoyama previously voiced Sakura Himedaka inAgents of the Four Seasonsand Terasawa voiced Kaoru Misogiya inDara-san of Reiwa.
They join a previously announced voice cast that will starTomohiro Onoas Aia Udagawa,Chiyuki Miuraas Jun Sumisaki, andNobuhiko Okamotoas Ginga Yoyogi.
Shotaro Kitamura(Makeine: Too Many Losing Heroines!) is directing the anime series, withA-1 Pictures‘Takayuki Kikuchi(Makeine: Too Many Losing Heroines!opening storyboard artist and director) as assistant director andHonoka Yokoyama(OSHI NO KOSeason 1 co-main animator, Season 2 co-sub-character designer and co-costume designer) as character designer. A-1 Pictures is in charge of the animation production.
Other staff include A-1 Pictures’Akane Takeda(Makeine: Too Many Losing Heroines!co-main animator) as costume designer, tron’sKatsuyoshi Kojimaas hair and makeup supervisor,Kashimakias graphic illustrator, A-1 Pictures’Mana Hokuto(HYPNOSISMIC –Division Rap Battle– Rhyme Anima) as color designer, A-1 Pictures’Risa Wakabayashi(Kaguya-sama: Love is War -Stairway to Adulthood-) as background art director, EXPLOSION’sEki Eto(The Price of Smiles) as composting director,Ryo Yoshimata(After the Rain) as music composer.Yuichiro Ida,Marina Kobayashi,and A-1 Pictures’Mirai Harashimaare also credited as main animators.
The fashion-themed manga series byYukino Sonoyamadebuted in Kodansha’s Shonen Magazine Edge on January 17, 2022 and was later transferred to Monthly Shonen Sirius in December 2023. Eight tankobon volumes have been released as of March 2026, with a ninth volume set to be published in Japan on October 8, 2026.
In addition to the anime adaptation, the manga is also inspiring a live-action Japanese drama series that will be released on Prime Video in 2027.
