Australia’s major supermarkets are pulling out the big guns, launching rival kitchen-themed collectible ranges for shoppers in the lead up to the festive season.
These releases follow the huge success of Woolworths’ Disney Ooshies, which resulted in a spike in sales as shoppers changed their grocery habits to maximise their chances of completing the collection.
Coles launched a new range of cookware collectibles, the Curtis Stone Summer Entertaining range, on September 16, partnering once again with the celebrity chef.
The exclusive eight-piece range offers practical and stylish kitchen and serving essentials customers can pick up just by doing their regular shop.
The range includes cooking shears, a utensils set, an oil pourer, a grill press, a serving bowl with utensils, and a cast iron skillet.
