For lips, wear green lipstick and top it with a metallic green gloss or even metallic green eyeshadow. Paint your nails green or apply green acrylics.

For her Statue of Liberty tiara, use the garment as a base and glue silver mirror tiles to it. For the handheld torch prop, you can leave it as is or cover it with glitter of the corresponding color.
