When and where is Monroe Comic Con 2026?

• The Monroe Comic Con will take place on September 11 and 12, 2026, at the FMB Expo Center in Monroe, Michigan.
• Tickets range from $15 for a single day to $30 for a VIP weekend pass, with children 10 and under admitted free.
• Special guests include WWE legend Rhino, “The Crow” creator James O’Barr, and Austin St. John of the Mighty Morphin Power Rangers.
• Attendees should note that while bags are allowed, they are subject to search, and no live weapons or steel props are permitted.

Are you ready? Two jam-packed days of pop culture, comic books, crafts and collectibles will welcome guests at this year’s Monroe Comic Con.

The annual event, hosted by Gary and Dawn Pillette of Monroe, started in 2013. This year, activities are planned both in and outside the center. Here’s what readers will need to know if they go. 

Where is this year’s Monroe Comic Con?

At the FMB Expo Center on the Monroe County Fair Grounds at 3775 S. Custer Road in Monroe, Michigan.

When is the Con?

Friday, September 11 and Saturday, September 12, 2026

What are the show hours?

5-9 p.m. Friday and 10 a.m.-6 p.m. Saturday. VIP ticket holders get in at 9:30 a.m.

How much are tickets?

$15 Friday, $20 Saturday and $30 VIP weekend passes. Children age 10 and under are admitted free with a ticketed adult.

Are tickets on sale at the door and online?

Yes. Tickets are available on our website at: www.monroecomic-con.com/event-list or at www.purplepass.com/MCC13 or at Our House Games located at 1211 S. Monroe St. in Monroe, Michigan. Tickets will also be available at the door.

What is your bag policy?

Bags are allowed but are subject to be searched. 

What is your cosplay/prop/weapons policy?

No live weapons or steel.

Do I have to pay to park?

Parking is free on the fair grounds

Who are some of the special guests?

ECW and WWE legend Rhino, author Dirk Manning, Dan Mendoza of Still Ill Comics and Zombie Tramp creator, Marvel comic artist John Beatty, James O’Barr, creator of “The Crow,” Bill Morrison, Simpson comic artist and Mad Magazine, Austin St. John of the Mighty Morphin Power Rangers and pro-wrestling superstar Maria Kanellis along with many others.
