The Television Academy is ready to continue awarding achievements from television shows aired between June 1, 2025 and May 31, 2026. So far, 102 awards have been announced already ahead of the official 78th live ceremony later this month.
Here’s what to know and how to watch:
When are the Emmys? Where to watch
The 78th Emmy Awards will air on NBC on Monday, Sep. 14. The ceremony will begin at 8 p.m. ET and will also be available to stream on Peacock.
What show has won Emmys already?
The Academy has already granted 102 awards to different shows. Apple TV and HBO Max are the platforms leading with 19 and 16 awards earned respectively. NBC and CBS are leading the competitions among broadcast channels with seven and five awards received so far respectively.
These are the productions that have wone the most Emmy’s so far:
- “Widow’s Bay” — This new Apple TV horror-comedy earned 8 awards for its first season.
- “Apple Music Super Bowl LX Halftime Show Starring Bad Bunny” — Seven wins across the variety and production categories.
- “DTF St. Louis” — Six wins under the HBO Max limited series categories.
- “The Traitors” — The reality TV show has already earned six wins.
- “The Late Show with Stephen Colbert” — Five wins for the since-ended talk show.
- “Spider-Noir” — The now cancelled, Prime Video super hero series starring Nicolas Cage has five awards..
- “The Muppet Show” – Four wins.
- “The Pitt” — The HBO Max series continues earning accolades and has four wins.
- “Pluribus” – The first season of the Apple TV science fiction drama has earned four wins
Other awarded shows included “South Park”, which one its fifth Emmy for best animated show, and Netflix’s “Remarkable Bright Creatures” which won the award for outstanding movie. Jimmy Kimmel also won an Emmy for outstanding host for ABC’s “Who Wants to Be a Millionaire.”
