    Industry backs Responsible Gaming Education Month

    MGM Resorts, BetMGM and Hard Rock International are among those joining the campaign.

    Many gaming industry companies and organisations have added their weight to the American Gaming Association (AGA)’s Responsible Gaming Education Month (RGEM) campaign.

    Among those are MGM Resorts and BetMGM, who have partnered with the AGA to promote RGEM 2026 through September and contributed a combined US$320,000 to responsible gaming initiatives.

    Hard Rock International and Seminole Gaming declared that they were recognising RGEM through the company’s responsible gambling programme PlayersEdge by “highlighting new initiatives, research partnerships and education programmes that continue to advance positive play and inform decision-making.”

    The AGA called the campaign a “yearly touchpoint for the legal, state- and tribal-regulated gaming industry to showcase our efforts to promote gaming literacy and consumer education, enhance employee training and work with partners to advance responsible gaming research.”
