You can go hands-on with Vaelorys, an upcoming spell-based combat game on Quest, for free in a playtest running through <a href="https://comicvibe.com/september-2026-nintendo-direct-live-stream/” title=”September 2026 Nintendo Direct live stream”>September 22.

In our ongoing effort to pass along any playtests we are notified of, Spellbound Studio, the team behind Vaelorys, kicked off an open playtest on September 7 that runs for two weeks, ending on September 22.

Vaelorys is an upcoming Diablo-inspired dark fantasy hack-and-slash role-playing game featuring physical, gesture-based spellcasting you use to wipe out waves of enemies standing between you and your loot.
