Twitch streamer HAchubby has revealed the specific type of cancer she has been diagnosed with days after she first informed viewers that she had the disease.
The IRL streamer shared the update on X on November 8, confirming her exact diagnosis as B-cell lymphoma, a type of blood cancer, after traveling to Korea for treatment.
HAchubby says treatment is available
In her post, HAchubby said doctors have yet to confirm the stage of the cancer, but that it can be treated.
“My stage and outlook are still unclear, but treatment is available,” she wrote. “I’ll need more tests at the hospital.”
She added that the cancer can spread quickly, which is why she had to travel to Korea urgently.
My exact diagnosis is aggressive mature B-cell lymphoma.
My stage and outlook are still unclear, but treatment is available.
I’ll need more tests at the hospital.

The National Cancer Institute states that aggressive lymphoma “grows and spreads quickly, and has signs and symptoms that can be severe.”
B-cell lymphoma is a type of non-Hodgkin lymphoma, a cancer that starts in B-cells, the white blood cells that help the body fight infection.
HAchubby credits QuQco with saving her life as treatment begins
HAchubby said she first felt pain in one specific spot around three years ago, but it would fade after a few days. She had planned to get a full checkup before moving to Austin but only managed some tests, which she now calls a big mistake.
Four months ago, around the time her father was diagnosed with leukemia, the pain became stronger and lasted for a full month.
She said several hospitals turned her away because she was paying out of pocket, and an urgent care doctor initially told her it was probably nothing serious.
