Hitting the 3P battlefield is the Toyseasy YW2611 Metal Souls Series Maus. The unique transforming 21 cm / 8.25 inch tall action figure converts from a Panzer VIII Maus super heavy tank to robot mode. We have an in-hand look at this interesting unofficial WWII throwback Transformers concept, thanks to @928_Toys_Laboratory and @MaximalsHeart. Read on to see the quick review, video and images below.

Maus Iron Rat Quick Review: Arriving at the final member of the “German Trilogy,” Toyseasy is about to release the Maus Iron Rat, based on the super-heavy Maus. What’s the Maus famous for? Its extremely heavy armor. Clearly different from previous products in the same series, Toyseasy retains a large amount of the armor in the robot mode, giving it a rugged yet heavy industrial feel. The robot mode is about 21 cm tall from head to toe, with all joints and good articulation; however, the huge backpack creates custom elbows on both shoulders. The transformation is surprisingly simple and straightforward, with clean storage and a very accurate appearance, full of detail. The immobile turret straps are a slight disappointment, but the 360-degree rotation of the top turret and the vertical movement of the main gun are more than adequate. It’s worth mentioning that players can freely choose between the original single-barrel or the fictional double-barrel mode without adding any accessories. The added tubing is completely stored inside the turret, which is truly impressive. The weaponry includes a short chainsaw and an oil can pistol, while the accessories include two interchangeable chest ornaments. With a decent lineup for land and sea, how about venturing into the skies?
