Nani reveals there will be no trailer for The Paradise, refuses to call it a pan-India film

Nani has revealed that his much-awaited upcoming film, The Paradise, will be released without a trailer. The actor also refused to call it a pan-India film, saying Telugu audiences remain the primary focus

Tollywood actor Nani is gearing up for the release of his upcoming much-awaited film, The Paradise. However, the actor is making sure to keep all details under wraps. The actor revealed that the team does not wish to label the film as “pan-India,” adding that the Telugu language remains its “prime target”.
Nani reveals The Paradise to release without trailer
While speaking at the film’s press meet held on Friday, the 42-year-old actor confirmed that the much-awaited film will not release a theatrical trailer before its September 24 debut, after being postponedearlier.
Nani explained the reason why audiences will have to head to theatres without a final trailer. He stated that the team is currently focused on finishing the film. He further added that he did not want to pull director Srikanth Odela, music composer Anirudh Ravichander and others away from the work of the final film, simply to put together another promotional video.
“I think there won’t be a trailer for Paradise,” Nani said, admitting that although he would have personally liked to cut a good trailer for the film, the team ultimately decided that completing the film was more important at the moment.
“If you ask whether the trailer or the movie is more important at this point… under unavoidable circumstances – even though I personally don’t like it and really want to cut a good trailer – the entire team collectively made a decision. There will be no trailer for Paradise,” Nani said.
Nani refuses the ‘pan-India’ tag for The Paradise
Additionally, the actor was careful about calling The Paradise a pan-India film, despite it being released in several languages. For him, Telugu audiences remain the primary focus.
Nani shared, “We don’t want to call it a pan-India film. Along with Telugu, it will release in some other languages. Telugu is definitely our prime target, and I hope audiences in other languages also watch Paradise and enjoy it equally.”
Notably, Nani’s comments indicate that he is opting for a slightly different approach at a time when films are often marketed for their pan-India appeal before release. Nani seemingly wants the film, which also stars Raghav Juyal, to first connect to its home audience while giving viewers in other parts of the country a chance to discover it in their own languages.
