While you may still be coming out of a Halloween weekend haze, it’s time to clock in and get serious: Election Day 2026 is nearly here, and we have a democracy to save!
But once you’ve done your civic duty and voted some bigots out of office, you deserve a treat, and luckily there’s plenty of great, gay movies and television series come to streaming in November for you to kick back and enjoy.
This month will see the return of many favorites, from the sapphic seduction of The Hunting Wives, to the giddy glory of The Gilded Age, to what-the-hell-did-they-just-have-esteemed-actress-Glenn-Close-say? insanity of campy legal drama All’s Fair, in addition to some freshmen series looking for your attention, like rising queer comic Leo Reich’s Gen-Z skewering It Gets Worse and sci-fi spectacle Blade Runner 2099 starring Hunter Schafer in full action-hero mode. Plus, there are streaming debuts of queer classics new and old, like the original drag comedy Some Like It Hot and the post-apocalyptic satire Tank Girl.
Whether you use Netflix, HBO Max, Hulu, Amazon Prime Video, Paramount+, Peacock, Tubi or beyond, Queerty has your can’t-miss recommendations for each in the latest edition of our monthly streaming guide.
So, get those watchlists ready; it’s going to be a very gay November!
