Summer is in full swing. The sun has finally emerged from the clouds, and with parts of the world experiencing record-breaking temperatures, you might need an excuse to take cover inside. 

Networks and streaming platforms canceled over 50 TV shows from January through June 2026. The canceled shows came from Netflix, CBS, NBC, Prime Video, Peacock, Fox, Hulu, HBO, and BBC. Notable cancellations included Netflix’s The Boroughs, Emilia Clarke’s Ponies, Gen V, Law and Order: Organized Crime, and The Late Show with Stephen Colbert
