It is happening again: some kids with a wild dream of making comics are launching their own publishing company: Comicsburgh. As the name might suggest, it is located in Pittsburgh, and reflects the Steel City spirit: “More than Pirates, Penguins, and pierogies—it’s comics forged in the ’Burgh.”
Focus Entertainment has announced it has forged a “major publishing partnership” with independent racing studio Maverick Games for its upcoming project, Clutch. The company notes the deal “strengthens Focus Entertainment’s portfolio with its first entry into the open-world racing space.”
While the Grand Theft Auto series is the biggest series in Take-Two Interactive’s IP collection, there are many more franchises under its control.
