John Legend will play Harry Belafonte in The Road Home, an upcoming musical drama about the musicians who turned their fame into a weapon against South African apartheid. Bill Condon will direct the film, which places Belafonte inside the political firestorm surrounding Hugh Masekela, Paul Simon and the making of the Gracelandalbum.

Ubisoft and Xbox have announced a batch of games that give you a Ubisoft Connect PC entitlement if you buy them on the Xbox Store.

Microsoft’s Play Anywhere initiative is growing once again. Now, Ubisoft games are included for the first time, meaning for titles like Assassin’s Creed: Valhalla, you now only need to purchase the game once to get access across both Xbox consoles and PC. 

July 27 (UPI) — Morgan Spector has landed the lead role in Netflix’s upcoming Dan Brown series.

Ubisoft and XBOX are expanding their partnership with two big updates coming today: the addition of premium editions and selected add-on content for a wide range of Ubisoft titles for XBOX on PC, and a free benefit for select games, where XBOX console players can snag the PC version at no additional cost.
