Japanese comprehensive entertainment company Kadokawa is consolidating five anime production studios under its umbrella into a single entity.

Manta, a global content platform, has struck worldwide deals to distribute manga from major Japanese publishers including KADOKAWA, Square Enix, Inc. and Manga UP!, Square Enix’s global manga platform, picking up a deep slate of in-demand IP, the company announced on Friday, August 7.
