Through this partnership, Super is integrating GameScanner, Mindway AI’s state-of-the-art detection and monitoring technology, across all its platforms, marking the company’s latest and most significant investment in building a safe entertainment space for its tens of millions of customers across the world.
The deployment covers every market where Super operates, including Brazil, Belgium, Romania, Poland, Greece and Serbia. It reflects a core belief that responsible gaming is not simply a compliance obligation, but the foundation of a sustainable entertainment business. Driven by a commitment to ensure a safe entertainment environment, Super is moving from reactive support to proactive prevention, combining human expertise with predictive AI to identify potential risks early and provide players with the right support.
GameScanner combines neuroscience, artificial intelligence and human expert assessment to analyze player behavioral patterns and detect early indicators of gambling-related harm in real time. Its rollout is tailored to the distinct legislative, cultural and demographic realities of each of Super’s markets and integrates with Super’s existing player-protection ecosystem: a dedicated Responsible Gaming team, comprehensive self-management tools offered to every player from first login, and mandatory responsible gaming training for all company employees.
The partnership also adds an innovative technology with widespread industry recognition to Super’s safeguarding infrastructure, as Mindway AI secured the Start-up Innovation Award at Davos Innovation Week.
