Sunbet renews long-standing technology partnership with Bede Gaming

<a href="https://www.sunbet.co.za/" rel="nofollow noopener" target=”_blank”>Sunbet, the digital arm of Sun International, has renewed its technology partnership withBede Gaming as the South African sports betting brand expands across African markets and reports higher digital revenue.
The contract renewal extends a collaboration spanning nearly 10 years. Bede’s platform technology supports Sunbet’s online betting operations in South Africa, Botswana, and Namibia.
Sun International reported a 36% year-on-year increase in Sunbet’s revenuein the first half of 2026, alongside a 43% rise in overall iGaming gross gaming revenue (GGR).
“We have big aspirations for our digital brand, which now operates across three markets and is delivering impressive results,” said Simon Gregory, Sunbet Chief Executive Officer.
“Bede has continued to support our ambitions and digital growth year after year, with commendable collaboration and proactivity at all levels of the business. We have a lot to celebrate together, and a lot of exciting work in our roadmap ahead.”
The partnership has included tailored features, along with integrationswith sportsbook provider Kambi and customer relationship management platform Xtremepush.
