Today, <a href="https://comicvibe.com/4-netflix-shows-like-outer-banks-to-watch-after-you-finish-the-series/” title=”4 Netflix shows like Outer Banks to watch after you finish the series”>Netflix announced that Emmy Award winner and Academy Award nominee Steven Yeun (Nope, The Walking Dead) will star in and executive produce supernatural drama series Pagans.
The series received a straight-to-series order late last year, after an intense bidding war back in September.
Pagans follows a man who becomes the sole caretaker of his two children after the tragic loss of his wife. While his son is typical, his daughter, Alice, is anything but. What starts as a strained father-daughter relationship soon evolves into something far more sinister.
Yeun plays the single father struggling to raise two kids alone following his wife’s death.
It’s described as “equal parts emotional, horrifying and humorous; Pagans is a show that unearths all our darkest thoughts about family.”
ShowrunnerJoshua Zetumer, Drew Goddard (The Cabin in the Woods), Sarah Esberg,Jonathan van Tulleken, andErica Kay executive produce.
Also on the way from Netflix is supernatural series Sid & Zoey.
