Bollywood actor and filmmaker Sohail Khan recently appeared on the reality show Alliance, where he reunited with his ex-wife, Seema Sajdeh, after she entered the show as one of the wildcard contestants. The two shared a warm exchange on set and appeared genuinely pleased to see each other
During their conversation, Sohail reflected on the end of their marriage and candidly spoke about what went wrong. Accepting responsibility for their divorce, he admitted that his career was going through a difficult phase at the time and that his behaviour drove Seema away

Sohail opens up during conversation with Nikhil Chinapa
When Seema Sajdeh entered the show, Sohail Khan welcomed her by making a cup of green tea. During their interaction, host Nikhil Chinapa asked Sohail, “People often say a woman can either make or break a home. Looking back at your marriage, what do you think happened?”
Responding candidly, Sohail admitted that he was going through a difficult phase in his career, which affected his mental state and, in turn, his behaviour. He said he ended up losing the person he truly loved because of the way he handled things
Sohail also spoke warmly about Seema, saying that while she will always be the mother of their two sons, the respect he has for her today is even greater than love
Seema still has the keys to Sohail’s home
During a conversation with fellow contestant Zaid Darbar, Sohail Khan opened up about his relationship with Seema Sajdeh and their children. He revealed that their sons, Nirvan and Yohan, currently live with him, while Seema visits the house three times a week to spend time with them
Sohail also shared that Seema still has the keys to his home, highlighting the mutual trust they continue to share despite their divorce. Speaking on the show, Seema revealed that their younger son, Yohan, is rooting for her, while their elder son, Nirvan, is supporting Sohail and hopes he wins the competition
Sohail and Seema parted ways in 2022
Sohail Khan and Seema Sajdeh first met at Chunky Pandey’s engagement party, where Sohail says it was love at first sight. The two soon began dating, but their relationship faced opposition from Seema’s family because they belonged to different religions. Despite the resistance, they decided to be together
On March 15, 1998—the day Sohail’s directorial debut Pyaar Kiya To Darna Kya was released, the couple eloped and got married. They first exchanged vows in an Arya Samaj ceremony before solemnising their marriage through a nikah. They welcomed their first son, Nirvan, in 2000 and their second son, Yohan, in 2011. After nearly 24 years together, the couple officially separated in 2022
Alliance is a reality game show hosted by Kunal Kemmu, where friendships and alliances constantly evolve as contestants compete.
