Sandra Bullock shared a sweet throwback of her kids to commemorate spooky season.
The Blind Side actress posted rare photos of her two children, Louis, 16, and Laila, 12, from past Halloweens, taking care to protect their identities by adding some stickers to conceal their full faces.
In one photo, her son is dressed up as Buzz Lightyear while she embraces him in her Jessie costume, paying homage to Toy Story. In another, she showed her daughter donning another Toy Storycostume: an alien onesie. Bullock added a second photo with her daughter as a toddler, which depicted the two of them in matching pirate attire.
“Nothing is off limits in this household. Happy Halloween from us,” Bullock wrote in her Instagram caption.
The 62-year-old also shared photos of her dogs’ past costumes, which included a pope outfit and a medieval get-up. Of course, it’s only fair that Bullock shared her own costumes, so she also posted throwbacks in a sock monkey suit as well as one of her ensembles from childhood.
The Practical Magic star received lots of love under her post, with famous friends like Lily Collins and Sarah Paulson gushing about the costumes.

“Uhhhh I love this so much,” Collins wrote. Meanwhile, Paulson said, “The last slide is the cutest damn thing I’ve ever seeeeeeen,” referring to Louis’ Buzz Lightyear costume.
While she offered a glimpse at how her kids celebrate Halloween, Bullock typically keeps her family life private. Still, she isn’t shy about sharing her love for her children, whom she adopted in 2010 and 2015. Earlier this year, she debuted a sweet new tattoo honoring her two kids, showing off ink that said “LB2” on her shoulder.

Amid the fun times, Bullock and her family have had a rough few years, too. She recently opened up about losing her longtime partner Bryan Randall and how that impacted her children. Randall died in August 2023 following a three-year battle with amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, or ALS. He was 57.
“Louis handled it very different than Laila,” she said on the Smartlesspodcast in August. She added, “He chose to just sort of be there in support and help me on the things that were easy for him. But he smartly disengaged himself and said, ‘This is a safer space for me to sit.’ And I said, ‘Absolutely, you go. I got this.'”
