Teddi Mellencamp has finally introduced the world to her “Valley Guy.”
After weeks of teasing fans about her budding romance, The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum revealed the identity of her boyfriend PJ Conley to the public.
The duo were smitten during a date night at her dad John Mellencamp‘s Aug. 11 concert in Southern California, according to photos posted to Teddi’s Instagram.
One sweet snapshot showed the 45-year-old—mom to Slate, 12, Cruz, 11 and Dove, 6, with ex Edwin Arroyave— getting cozy with PJ as she affectionately hugged her man in the audience.
“First he met a cougar,” Teddi cheekily captioned the post. “Then he met The Cougs. #valleyguy aka PJ @pjconleyy #iykyk.”
The former Bravolebrity added, “Thanks to everyone who came out to support @johnmellencamp last night. It was incredible seeing everyone have the time of their lives.”
After making their relationship Instagram official, Teddi revealed PJ hit it off with her siblings and BFF Kyle Richards during their night on the town.

“Isn’t he cute?” the Two T’s in a Pod podcast cohost asked fellow Housewife Dolores Cataniaduring her Aug. 12 episode. “He’s a nice guy and he’s funny. He got along effortlessly with the fam, my brother, my sisters.”
Teddi even introduced PJ to her rockstar father during the concert.
“My dad met him but didn’t say anything straight away,” she explained. “He was just like, ‘Hi, nice to meet you, blah, blah, blah.’ I kept it moving.”
However, John playfully teased Teddi the following day. As she recounted the 74-year-old asking her, “‘You gonna try to tell me that wasn’t your guy you introduced me to?'”
Teddi also clarified the origin of her nickname for PJ, who graduated from Utah Valley University in 2020 with a degree in Marketing, according to his LinkedIn profile.
“He’s not from this valley,” she noted of the financial analyst, “but his hometown has a valley in it, so it still counts.”
And while Teddi’s love life is on an upswing, so is her health as she continues to recover from cancer over a year after sharing her diagnosis.
“So ever since I was diagnosed with stage four cancer, I get immunotherapy monthly,” Teddi shared in a June 2 Instagram post. “And I was getting CAT scans and MRIs monthly, but this past time, they decided they’re going to wait three to four months in between the test. This has created such a nervous, raging anxiety inside of me.”
“I want to be one of those people who says they’re positive all the time but I’m really scared,” she continued. “It’s also really lonely. I’ve just hit that point where I’m just exhausted.”
Ultimately, Teddi is grateful to finally be in remission.
“The scans show no evidence of tumor in your body,” she said. “When you came, you had tumors in your brain and in your lungs. We don’t see those now. There’s evidence that you had treatment and there’s evidence that immunotherapy has helped you.”
