The best place to watch the Pokémon anime right now is on YouTube, as the official Pokémon YouTube channel has all episodes of the classic series. You can also find Pokémon: Indigo League on <a href="https://comicvibe.com/3-great-new-netflix-shows-to-binge-watch-this-weekend-july-24/” title=”3 great new Netflix shows to binge-watch this weekend (July 24″>Netflix, but you’ll soon be able to stream this part of the series on a number of other platforms in the very near future.
While there have been rumors for a few weeks now, the news has just been made official. Starting August 7th, 2026, you’ll be able to stream all 52 episodes of Pokémon: Indigo League on both Hulu and Disney+. It’ll be a great way for fans to binge a ton of Pokémon content, but there will also be a more tradition or old-school way to watch as well.
Disney has also revealed that they’ll be airing Pokémon: Indigo League on the Disney XD channel starting 9 AM ET on Aug. 6th, 2026 with an all-day marathon. After that, starting Aug. 10th, 2026, Pokémon: Indigo League episodes will air every weekday at 2:30 PM ET and weekends at 8 AM ET.
In Pokémon: Indigo League it’s Ash Ketchum’s tenth birthday, and he’s ready to do what many 10-year-olds in the Kanto region set out to do—become a Pokémon Trainer! Things don’t go exactly the way he planned when he ends up with a Pikachu instead of a standard first Pokémon, and winning Gym Badges turns out to be much tougher than he thought. Luckily he’s got former Gym Leaders Brock and Misty at his side, along with a bevy of new Pokémon friends, including Bulbasaur, Squirtle, and Charmander.
