A pair of popular 2025 and 2026 Xbox and PC games have just received long-awaited PS5 release dates. Released last year, CloverPit is a unique slot machine psychological horror game. Meanwhile, Starsand Island is a gorgeous life sim/adventure game that has been in early access on Xbox and PC since February 2026.

Xbox games CloverPit and Starsand Island get PS5 release dates

August just got busier for PS5 players as CloverPit is scheduled to launch on August 13 for $4.99 and Starsand Island will launch on August 18 for $39.99.

Here’s an official overview of each:

“CloverPit is the demonic lovechild of Balatro and Buckshot Roulette, a roguelite that traps players in a hell of their own creation,” says developer Panik Arcade. “Locked in a rusty cell with a slot machine and an ATM, you must pay off your debt at the end of each round, or fall to ruin — literally!”

“Starsand Island has been crafted to be an inviting place for players to enjoy the simple life, inspired by the Chinese countryside and encapsulating traditional Eastern philosophy,” an official overview reads. “With the addition of online multiplayer, up to four players can experience the tranquility of island life together, whether that’s exploring its varied landscapes, battling monsters in the ancient ruins, fishing off the coast, building together, and more.”

‘Clayface: Celebrity Dirt’ #1 is one of the coolest debuts of the year

    By JamesJuly 8, 20260

Clayface has always been a favorite of mine when it comes to the Batman’s rogues gallery. That largely comes from the stellar two parter “Feet of Clay” from Batman: The Animated Series, a series of episodes that condensed the long and convoluted story of Clayface into a singular and tragic narrative
