Hamilton, Ohio, improved to 1-1 at the 2026 Little League Baseball World Series with an elimination-game victory on Saturday to advance to Monday’s matchup with Boerne, Texas, at Lamade Stadium in Williamsport, Pennsylvania. Both teams lost their opening games on Friday. Hamilton advanced to Williamsport as the champions of the Great Lakes Region while Boerne won the Southwest Region tournament.

Ohio rolled to a 10-0 run-rule win to eliminate Bridgewater, Massachusetts, on Saturday in four innings. Josiah Infante and Leo Feltner combined on a four-inning no-hitter, with Infante working the first 2.2 innings and striking out four. Ohio hung up seven runs in the top of the third inning to break the game open. Walker Osborne drove in the game’s first run with a groundout in the second while Hudson Vonderheide laid down an RBI bunt single and Infante provided a run-scoring single in the third.
Texas dropped a 4-3 decision to Tacoma, Washington, on Friday. It fell behind 2-0 in the top of the first before rallying to tie the game in the second on an RBI single from Lawson Belden after Merritt Cude knocked in a run with a single in the bottom of the first. After Washington reclaimed the lead with two runs in the top of the third, Texas got one of them back when Anders Paulson lined an RBI single in the fifth, but couldn’t score the equalizer.
The winner moves on to face Bayonne, New Jersey, in an elimination game on Tuesday.
