Notre Dame will start another college football season on the road, but it will have that HOME flavor as it’s a Shamrock Series game. The Irish are considered to be one of the favorites to win the national championship this season, but to do that — they have to win game one first.
I think we’ve all been a little guilty of looking at this game as a guaranteed win, but we can probably trust that Notre Dame definitely has not. Whatever Wisconsin is, they are always a tough team on the field that plays hard-nosed football. So while it’s not the toughest test for week one, it’s still a test that the Irish need to ace.
