Nexon (co-CEOs Kang Dae-hyun and Kim Jung-wook) officially launched its subculture collectible RPG ‘Higan: Eruthyll’ in Korea on the 23rd.
‘Higan: Eruthyll’ is a mobile and PC-based subculture collectible RPG developed by China’s Bilibili Inc. After its global release in 2023, it garnered significant attention from subculture fans. The game later introduced a 2 remake version, featuring comprehensive improvements to gameplay and characters, in China (December 2024) and Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Macau (December 2025).
Nexon is servicing the 2 remake version of ‘Higan: Eruthyll’ through its new publishing brand, ‘select all.’ Domestic users can download the game from Google Play and the Apple App Store starting at 11:00 AM today, and it is also available to play
‘Higan: Eruthyll’ features a dark fantasy world where the ‘Reality World,’ a place where magic and science coexist, clashes with the ‘Fantasia World,’ a nightmare realm that appears to be a paradise but serves as a prison for human souls. Players take on the role of the acting leader of the ‘Gopher Troupe,’ a group dedicated to saving souls, and embark on a journey to find a true paradise by recruiting and bonding with ‘Star-chosen’ members.
‘Higan: Eruthyll’ offers the fun of hybrid combat that combines strategic play using various characters and skills with real-time 3D battles, while also allowing for efficient progression through idle systems during growth and farming phases. In particular, players can enjoy high-quality 3D cutscenes reminiscent of theatrical animation throughout the story and combat, with full Japanese voice acting adding to the immersive experience.
To celebrate the official domestic launch of ‘Higan: Eruthyll,’ Nexon is hosting various events and offering generous rewards. All new users can receive the SSR character ‘Iruya,’ an SSR Rookie Selection Ticket (choice of Nua, Mondesju, Yingga, or Yujin), and 50 Starry Sky Recruitment Tickets through a 7-day attendance event. Completing growth and content quests allows players to earn the UR character ‘Ruko,’ as well as additional Starry Sky and Exquisite Recruitment Tickets. Furthermore, cumulative login rewards provide opportunities to draw up to 25 SSR characters, including ‘Shamcom,’ ‘Yujin,’ ‘Titi,’ ‘Fene,’ ‘Mondesju,’ and ‘Caesar.’
Meanwhile, ‘select all’ is Nexon’s new publishing brand dedicated to discovering games with potential through a data-driven, advanced game review process. It aims to leverage Nexon’s live game service expertise to discover and bring a diverse range of game genres and formats to a wider audience.
