A big controversy around Marvel’s Wolverineis just how linear the game is, particularly in how it doesn’t actually reward exploration, but that may change as Insomniac Games have launched an update that clears the “Scent Trails” from leading players to Whiskey Bottles, one of the few collectibles.
This is a step in the right direction here, as like I said, players aren’t too keen on how linear the game is. Now, it’s not just Scent Trails that are disappearing from leading players to Whiskey Bottles, this new toggle as part of the update will also not show — or play — other clues to where Nightmare Doors or Material Crate collectibles are.
Today, we deployed a hotfix for Marvel’s Wolverine that includes new toggles for Scent Trails, Audio Clues, and Nightmare Roots, along with fixes for community-reported crashes and bugs.
