Telugu superstar Mahesh Babu has shared his first reaction to Fahadh Faasil-starrer Don’t Trouble The Trouble after watching the film ahead of its theatrical release. Don’t Trouble The Trouble is going to release in theatres on October 2.
Mahesh Babu praised the film’s warmth and performances, particularly Fahadh Faasil and child actor Ssara Palekar.
Mahesh Babu called the upcoming fantasy entertainer a ‘beautifully complete experience’. The actor watched the film ahead of its October 2 release and took to X to share his thoughts about Fahadh Faasil’s performance and the team behind the film.
Sharing his reaction, Mahesh Babu described Don’t Trouble The Trouble as a well-crafted and happy film that manages to be both ‘entertaining and emotional.’
He wrote that the film is “thoroughly entertaining and deeply moving at the same time” and praised the warmth running through the story.
Mahesh reserved special praise for Fahadh Faasil, describing him as a “stupendous actor”. He further mentioned that watching the Malayalam star evolve, experiment and reinvent himself has been inspiring.
The actor further praised Fahadh’s chemistry with child actor Ssara Palekar, saying the two were “simply brilliant together”.

Mahesh Babu calls the film a ‘gem’
Mahesh also congratulated the film’s director Shashank Yeleti and producers SS Karthikeya, Shobu Yarlagadda and Prasad Devineni.
Addressing Karthikeya, son of filmmaker SS Rajamouli, Mahesh said he could not have asked for a more special beginning and praised the effort that had gone into the project. He also lauded Shashank Yeleti for bringing the film’s world together.
Towards the end of his post, Mahesh Babu called the film “a gem” and urged audiences to experience it in theatres on October 2.
What is Don’t Trouble The Trouble about?
Directed and Don’t Trouble The Trouble follows Suri, played by Fahadh Faasil, a small-time crook and street magician whose life changes after he encounters a young girl named Divya, played by Ssara Palekar
Divya has supernatural powers but mistakes Suri for a magician who can help reunite her with her parents. Their encounter sets them off on an unusual and chaotic adventure.
The film also stars Saurabh Sachdeva and is produced by Shobu Yarlagadda, Prasad Devineni and SS Karthikeya. SS Rajamouli is presenting the project.
Don’t Trouble The Trouble is scheduled to release in theatres on October 2, 2026.
